Extension (including a double storey basement) and conversion of existing Grade II listed Building to provide a 33 bed care home

The site is located in Flood Zone 3 (high Risk) and at residual risk of flooding in the event of breach of the Thames Tidal Flood Defences 

​

We worked with the architect to develop a pragmatic strategy to protect the property from flooding using property level protection and a SUDS drainage strategy including a green roof, tree pits and raingardens
